A couple of people have asked for this recipe. Tiffany gave me this recipe last year at the beach...so easy and delicious.Cake Cookies (or Cake Batter Cookies)
1 box of cake mix (pick your favorite)
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
Optional: 1 cup of candy pieces or 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1. Mix ingredients.
2.Place tablespoon full drops on a cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. They set up as the cool.
I also sometimes roll the dough into smaller balls...bake, and then put a dollop of icing on the top...they look a little fancy, like Thumbprint cookies.
