Saturday, Claire's Homecoming, Part 2

My doctor gave us the go ahead to go home on Saturday.
Loaded up, and ready to home.
First things first....
English Toffee Frappuncino.....makes this mama happy!!
Jackson met us in the driveway.
He is loving his baby sister.
