There's actually a very simple trick to making your loaves of bread look perfect. I just learned it and I can't wait to show you. After our breadmaking class, you may not even want a bread maker anymore :)
And I say get an electric bread knife...it'll slice up beautifully =)

But if you do want a bread machine, I have one that I used twice. But you'll have to tell me Mary's secret to making pretty bread!
So you probably don't want to hear that I gave my used-maybe-three-times breadmaker to Goodwill in April when it didn't sell in my garage sale???
