93: Saturday Randomess

These two rascals started off the morning by going to a little tumbling class at the Sports Barn with their buddy, Eli. Jackson loved the trampoline!
We ended the day with pizza, fruit pizza, and Apples to Apples with sweet friends.

Shrinking Update: I am down 7 pounds, and I wore a dress to church today that I wore pre-pregnancy...like pre-Jackson and Claire. I know 7 pounds isn't alot, but it is to me!

5: I'm a Mall Walker....

So...in my attempt to keep my January goal...I mall walked yesterday! It was raining outside, so I couldn't run the neighborhood. We were going to church last night, so I couldn't go to the gym. Normally, I would have found that as the perfect excuse to just not exercise, but instead, I loaded up my crew, and headed to the mall. I walked for 30 minutes, pushing approximately 50 pounds of cargo. It was a pretty good workout. Ha! I treated (bribed) Jackson with a cookie and playtime at the mall playground if he was cooperative, and it worked. I have a feeling we will be doing this more during these cold months ahead!

Here we go.....

Well...it is that time of year again...time for those resolutions and new beginnings....tonight, I am going to eat pizza, drink a Sprite, and eat a piece of cake. Maybe drink some sparkling cider. Then, I am going to start shrinking. I am ready.

No diet this year though. I am making some lifestyle changes that are going to make me a healthier mama. I don't have 2 hours to go to the gym every day, and my family isn't going to go frozen Weight Watchers meals for every meal. Doing this the good ole' fashioned way. Healthy eating and exercise. I have a friend helping me out, and I am pretty excited. She even said I could visit the Starbucks drive thru once per week (good thing...I got $80 in gift cards for Christmas).

January Goals:
1. Drink 64 ounces of water per day.
2. Exercise for just 30 minutes, 5-6 days per week. We got a Wii for Christmas. My brother loaned me his Wii fit...can we say nap time fun? Ha!!
3. Minimal sugar, well, because sweets are my downfall.

Here we go again....stay tuned for updates. Last year, our family was going to play Biggest Loser, but I found out I was pregnant again, so I quit. I can pretty much guarantee that is not happening this time...so here we go...
