After dinner Popsicle!!
This afternoon after nap time, I turned on the water hose, and got out some plastic dishes for Jackson and Claire to play with. Jackson LOVES to play in the water. Claire was a little skeptical.
.....and did not like being sprayed!! She eventually got over it, but was not a fan at first.
Sometimes they argue a lot, but they are really crazy about each other.
Well, we got a call from our real estate agent today that we will not be closing on June 19, as planned. Nothing is wrong, but our buyer has a USDA Rural Development Loan, which takes a bit longer to process than a traditional home loan. Home sales are also increasing, and they have many loans to process from April and May, and are backed up. We will now be closing on July 1. So, we took the night off from the "to do" list. And we will get to enjoy an extra weekend (after our vacation) on Lightning Drive! Patience. Patience. Patience. Trust. Trust. Trust.
This is (my devotion reading from today). A coincidence? I think not.

Rest in Me, My Child. Give your mind a break from planning and trying to anticipate what will happen. Pray continually, asking My Spirit to take charge of the details of this day. Remember that you are on a journey with Me. When you try to peer into the future and plan for every possibility, you ignore your constant Companion who sustains you moment by moment. As you gaze anxiously into the distance, you don't even feel the strong grip of My hand holding yours. How foolish you are, My Child!
Remembrance of Me is a daily discipline. Never lost sight of My Presence with you. This will keep you resting in Me all day, every day.
1 Thessalonians 5:17: Pray without ceasing.
Psalm 62:5: Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from Him..
