We traveled to Orlando on December 18, and stayed in a Hampton Inn near the Magic Kingdom. On the morning of the 19th, we drove to the Art of Animation Resort, and headed to the Magic Kingdom!! Did I cry at the entrance? You bet!!!
What did we do the first day? We rode: Dumbo (twice), The Barnstormer (twice), Mad Tea Party,
Peter Pan's Flight, It's a Small World, Carrousel, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Tomorrowland Transit Authority People Mover, Tomorrowland Speedway, Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress.We also watched one of my favorite shows: Mickey's PhiharMagic. We also met Cinderella, Rapunzel, Butt Lightyear, and Stitch!!
Claire's favorite rides were Dumbo and The Barnstormer. Jackson's favorite was everything except.... he did not love "It's a Small World." Our favorite moment was seeing magic through the eyes of Jackson and Claire. After all this....we went back to the room to get ready for a very magical Christmas party!!
